Bowel Screening 

Currently, patients who are aged 56 – 70 are being sent bowel testing kits, there are plans to extend this to 50 – 74 year olds by 2025.

Have you received a testing kit in the post and not returned it? Please request a new one by calling 0800 707 60 60. You will be invited to complete these testing kits every 2 years. 

Bowel cancer is the 4th most common type of cancer. Screening can help prevent bowel cancer or find it at an early stage, when it's easier to treat.
