Test Results
How to request your test results?
You can request your test results by either of the following ways:
- Visit the surgery and ask at reception
- Ring the surgery on 01204 521 061 AFTER 12:30pm. Reception staff will have more time to deal with your request after the morning rush
- Access your test results via the NHS app. You can find out more information on how to sign up here
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we can only release test results to the person to whom they relate to unless that person has given permission for us to release that information.
Test results can take up to 3 to 4 working days to come through to the surgery, we advise patients to contact the surgery after this time period if they have not heard anything from the doctor.
Reception can tell you briefly what the action is on the result, but only as the doctor has written - please do not ask reception can any figures as they are unable to advise. It is your responsibility to book an appointment with the doctor if you would like to discuss your results further.
