Front of the building:
Prams and wheelchairs: We have a ramp leading up to the front door of the building, prams and wheelchairs are ok to get through the doors in the waiting area, past reception and down to the doctors room.
Back of the building:
Electric Wheelchairs: We have a ramp leading up to the back door of the building which enters into the doctors room. May need to come in through the back of the building due to the width of the door from the waiting area into the reception.
The main clinical rooms and reception area is on the ground level of the building, only additional clinicians i.e. MSK, pharmacist, HIP use the upstairs room, but can be swapped out for a downstairs room with notice given.
The building will be signposted from the front, if you are coming round the back way you will need to enter through the front of the building.

Enhanced Services – Deane Medical Centre
During surgery hours we try our best to offer the most suitable appointments depending on your illness, we understand that not everyone can attend an appointment or take a phone call during normal surgery hours.
Also, as a GP we only have one male doctor and no female doctor within the surgery, we are able to offer you a female doctor appointment with our enhanced service at a different location outside the normal surgery hours.
If you require an GP or nurse appointment during the evening or weekend*, you can contact your practice and request a 7 day access appointment.
Limited appointments are available during the below hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Saturday and Sunday* 9am to 5pm
*weekend appointments are varied and no appointment is guaranteed.
